Website, Search and AI Visibility Scope · Prepared for

Wainwright

Keith Nye · AGSB Ventures · Tampa Bay

Three websites, two trades, one name. We rebuild prontoservicepros.com and llonaplumbing.com as Wainwright, build gowainwright.com as the group home, and move every ranking, review and phone call across without dropping any of it.

01 / What's included

Five parts, and the order matters.

You are not starting from nothing. Pronto has been trading since 1993 and Llona since 2004, and between them they carry 1,106 Google reviews at 4.7 and 4.8 stars. That reputation is attached to two names you are retiring. The whole job is moving it onto Wainwright without losing the reviews, the listing age or the rankings on the way.

01

The Three Websites

Two rebuilt at the addresses they already rank on, one built new as the group home. Same design system across all three.

  • Wainwright HVAC rebuilt on prontoservicepros.com, keeping the address search engines already trust
  • Wainwright Plumbing rebuilt on llonaplumbing.com, same approach
  • gowainwright.com built new, with both trades, the commercial story and the company itself
  • One shared design system: same navigation, same logo treatment, same business facts, same booking experience
  • Dozens of service and location pages across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Manatee, agreed page by page at kickoff
  • Commercial capability pages for the plumbing side, because that is where the general contractor and custom builder relationships actually convert
  • A clear call and book action on every page, built mobile first, because a leak at 9pm is a phone in a hand
  • Transition messaging that explains the old name to returning customers instead of hiding it
  • Target of 95 or better on PageSpeed Insights for mobile and desktop, with the real tracking and booking tools loaded
  • The two current sites run the same template, the same stock photograph and the same military discount banner above everything else. All of that goes.
02

Search Preservation

The unglamorous half of the job, and the half that decides whether the rebrand costs you traffic.

  • A full crawl and one combined URL inventory built from the live sites, CMS exports, sitemaps, Search Console, analytics and inbound link destinations
  • Every legacy URL gets a recorded decision: keep it, redirect it, or document why it is an exception
  • Redirects go page by page to the closest real match, never in a block to a homepage
  • Old slugs, HTTP and HTTPS, and www and non-www variants all resolved to one final destination
  • Canonical tags, sitemaps, robots rules and internal links checked before launch and again after
  • Llona's article library stays where it is, because those pages are part of why the domain ranks
  • A baseline snapshot taken before anything changes, so the effect of the rebrand is measurable rather than arguable
  • The finished URL map and redirect table handed to you as a record you keep
03

Local Search and the Profile Transition

Run separately for each trade, because plumbing and HVAC are different searches, different competitors and different profiles. This is the part worth more than the rest put together.

  • Google reviews attach to the Business Profile, not to the name written on it. We rename the profiles you already own so the reviews, the photos, the listing age and the local ranking signal come with you. Letting anyone create fresh listings instead would start both trades at zero.
  • A profile audit for each trade: categories, services, description, service areas, hours, photos, booking and contact links
  • One approved record of name, address or service area, phone and licence for each trade, used everywhere
  • Name, address and phone cleanup across the directories that matter, with duplicates investigated before anything new is created
  • The second Llona record on Rome Avenue resolved first: current location, former location or duplicate
  • The evidence pack assembled before any name is edited: entity and trade name records, licences, bills or permits, signage, vehicles and premises
  • Rebrand announcement and press release written and distributed, with published placements recorded
  • One profile renamed at a time, then watched for at least two full weeks before the next one is touched
  • Local Services Ads identity and review connections coordinated with your ads provider before anything moves
04

AI Search Visibility

Included here rather than sold separately. More people are asking an assistant for a plumber than last year, and almost nobody in your market has done this work.

  • A dated baseline of what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI Overviews answer today when somebody asks for a Tampa plumber or AC company
  • Entity data built so the assistants understand Wainwright is Pronto and Llona, rather than treating it as an unknown new company
  • Structured data across all three sites for the organisation, each trade, each service and each service area
  • An llms.txt file and clean crawler access on every site, so the assistants can read you properly
  • Content shaped as the questions people actually ask out loud, which is the form these systems quote back
  • Review and licence evidence published in a form that can be cited
  • Bing Webmaster Tools AI performance reporting connected where it is available
  • The baseline re-run after launch so you can see what changed, reported separately from ordinary search
05

Tracking and Reporting

Built, connected and paid for across the first twelve months, so you can see which site, which trade and which channel produced the booked job.

  • Google Analytics 4 on all three sites with cross-domain tracking, so a visitor who starts on Llona and books on Wainwright is one person and not three
  • Google Tag Manager with the existing tags inventoried, duplicates removed and version history kept
  • Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session recordings on all three sites, used to fix the places people give up
  • Call tracking numbers with dynamic number replacement, routed by trade, with your published numbers left working
  • Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools verified on all three domains
  • Connection into your CRM or field service platform through its API, supported connector or webhook, agreed at kickoff
  • A dashboard that answers the only question worth asking: how many qualified leads and booked jobs did each trade get, and where did they come from
  • Hosting, tracking numbers and system running costs carried for the first twelve months with no separate line items
  • A monthly review with you, covering the channels other agencies run as well as ours
02 / How it runs

Six to eight weeks to the three sites.

The profiles follow after that, on evidence rather than on a calendar. HVAC moves first. Pronto's equity is a review count and review counts migrate cleanly, so it proves the process on the smaller book before we go near the trade carrying more than half your revenue.

Step 01
Week one

Access, backup and baseline

We take domain, hosting, CMS, profile, analytics and CRM access, back everything up, and record where you stand today on branded search, map calls, organic calls, booked jobs and review velocity, split by brand. Without this, every later argument about whether the rebrand worked is somebody's opinion.

Step 02
Weeks one to two

Inventory and page plan

The full crawl, the combined URL inventory, the link and ranking audit, and the agreed page list for all three sites. You approve the service and location pages before anybody writes a word.

Step 03
Weeks two to five

Design, content and build

The shared design system, then all three sites built in parallel with the tracking, the database and the profile evidence pack prepared alongside. You see staged versions you can click through before anything is public.

Step 04
Weeks five to six

HVAC goes live on the Pronto domain

Full technical and booking checks, the URL map tested end to end, then the first release. We put a real enquiry through it and confirm it reaches your team before we call it done.

Step 05
Weeks six to seven

Plumbing goes live on the Llona domain

The same checks on the second trade, released only once the first has no unresolved critical issue.

Step 06
Weeks seven to eight

gowainwright.com launches

The group site goes public with both trades connected, tracking working across all three domains, and the announcement and press release out.

Step 07
Weeks nine to twelve

The HVAC profile becomes Wainwright

Once the evidence is in place and the site is indexed, we rename the Pronto profile and watch it. Reviews, listing age, verification state, call routing and map position all get checked before anything else is touched. If it goes sideways we stop, preserve the evidence and fix it before moving on.

Step 08
Weeks thirteen to sixteen

The plumbing profile follows

Only once HVAC is clean. Llona's equity includes a market ranking and a commercial referral network, and those get walked across rather than switched over, so this one runs endorsed for as long as the numbers say it should.

03 / What we need from you

Access, approvals and your paperwork.

Most of this is a morning of forwarding logins. The part that genuinely needs you is the business paperwork, because Google will ask for it before it lets you rename a profile with 679 reviews on it.

Your side

Access and decisions
  • Registrar, DNS, hosting and CMS access for both existing sites
  • Owner access to both Google Business Profiles, plus the Local Services Ads account
  • Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console access, and any existing tracking numbers
  • CRM or field service access, or exports, so leads can be matched to booked jobs
  • Final Wainwright logo files, colours and type from Cardigan, and your intended launch date
  • Entity and trade name records, licences and anything showing the business name at the premises
  • Final trade names, service areas, hours and commercial capabilities confirmed in writing
  • One decision maker, one content approver, and your PPC agency's contact

We send the access requests as a single checklist so nobody has to remember what is outstanding.

Our side

Everything else
  • All three websites designed, written and built
  • The full URL inventory, redirect map and preservation checks
  • Both trade search setups, profile audits and citation cleanup
  • The evidence pack and the staged profile renames
  • The announcement and press release
  • AI search baseline, entity data, structured data and the re-check after launch
  • Analytics, Tag Manager, Clarity, call tracking, CRM integration and the dashboard
  • Hosting and system costs for the first twelve months
  • Monthly reviews and in-scope fixes across that year
  • Full documentation, so nothing here is locked to us

Your current sites and profiles stay exactly as they are until the replacements are tested and you have signed them off.

Somebody in Tampa goes looking for a plumber or an AC company, and Wainwright is the answer that comes back, carrying thirty three years of proof with it.

Whether they type it into Google or ask an assistant out loud
04 / Investment
One-time project
$12,000

That covers all three websites, both trade search setups, the AI search work and the first twelve months of tracking, reporting and hosting. Search and AI visibility are not a separate line here and they are not an upsell later in the year. What is not included is an ongoing monthly growth retainer after the first twelve months, paid advertising management, and anything to do with National Air Warehouse, which you have kept outside the rebrand on purpose. If you want ongoing growth work once the sites are settled and we have a year of real numbers, we will quote it then against what the data actually shows.

Start the project

Service Agreement

By submitting payment, Client agrees to the following terms. This payment constitutes a binding service agreement between Client and Qinary Corporation, an Arizona corporation ("Company"). The fee is a one-time project fee of $12,000, billed in advance, and it reserves the team and the production window described above.

Scope

This engagement covers three websites: a rebuild at prontoservicepros.com, a rebuild at llonaplumbing.com, and a new build at gowainwright.com, together with the search preservation and URL migration work, local search setup and Google Business Profile transition for both the plumbing and HVAC trades, AI search optimization, and the tracking, reporting, integration and hosting described above for a period of twelve months from launch of the first site. The specific page inventory, service and location pages, and integration map are agreed in writing at kickoff and form part of this scope.

It does not include an ongoing monthly search or AI growth retainer beyond the included twelve months, paid advertising management or advertising spend, link buying, work on National Air Warehouse or its catalog, checkout or product feeds, or work on any additional domain, brand or acquired business. Those are available and quoted separately. Third-party costs that Client chooses to retain in its own accounts after the twelve month period, including tracking numbers and hosting, will be identified before that period ends.

Timeline

The target is six to eight weeks from kickoff to the release of all three websites, and twelve to sixteen weeks or longer for the complete rollout including both Google Business Profile transitions. The timeline begins when Company receives cleared payment, working administrative access to the domains, hosting, content management systems, business profiles and analytics, and the final Wainwright brand assets. Delays in access, approvals, business records or third-party platform responses extend the timeline accordingly. Profile transitions proceed on observed results rather than on a fixed date, and a calendar date alone does not authorize the next edit.

Access and Client Responsibilities

Client is responsible for providing registrar, DNS, hosting and content management access for the existing sites, owner access to both Google Business Profiles and the Local Services Ads account, analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console access, CRM or field service access or exports, final brand assets, and the entity, trade name and licensing records required to support a business profile name change. Client is responsible for the accuracy of business facts, licences, guarantees, hours and service areas supplied to Company. Company will back up each site before changing it. Company is not responsible for pre-existing site defects, third-party licences, hosting limitations, or platform restrictions that prevent a recommended change, and any such limitation will be documented rather than resolved outside this scope.

Results

Search engines, AI assistants and Google Business Profile are third-party systems that Company does not control. Rankings, map position, traffic, impressions, citations, AI citations and lead volume depend on factors outside this engagement, including competition, market conditions and platform changes. Renaming an existing business profile rather than creating a new one is the approach that preserves reviews, listing age and ranking history, and Company will follow it, but Company cannot guarantee that a profile edit will be accepted, that verification will not be required, that reviews or Local Services Ads connections will remain intact, or that rankings will hold through a rebrand. Services are provided on a best-effort professional basis and no specific ranking, placement or result is guaranteed. Search results typically take several weeks to reflect technical changes.

Content and Intellectual Property

All websites, work, documentation and deliverables created by Company on behalf of Client belong to Client upon full payment, and nothing in this engagement locks Client to Company. Client retains control of its domains and business profiles throughout. On conclusion Company will hand over site files, content, configuration, the URL and redirect map, the tracking plan and exportable data, and will assist with domain, account and tracking number transfer where the provider supports it. Company retains the right to reference the work in portfolio and case study materials unless Client objects in writing.

Refunds

Qinary Corporation does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Payment of any invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms.
